Volunteering at RIDHE: Commitment to Human Rights

Volunteering at RIDHE represents a concrete way of contributing to the promotion of human rights, equity and access to education, especially in contexts of forced mobility and emergency. Those who volunteer are an active part of a multidisciplinary team that works for a more just, supportive and inclusive society.

Principles and profile of volunteering
Volunteer work at RIDHE is framed by fundamental principles such as social justice, non-discrimination, gender equality, empathy and respect for diversity. Volunteers are expected to have an ethical commitment, a proactive attitude and sensitivity to the realities that affect the communities with which we work.

Areas of collaboration and continuous training
Volunteering can be integrated into different areas of action, including: emergency education, communication, advocacy, psychosocial support and project management support. The organization guarantees spaces for training, orientation and ongoing support, in order to ensure an enriching experience for both volunteers and beneficiary communities.
